2. The service

Rankpulse is a SaaS application that lets Amazon sellers track Best Sellers Rank (BSR), reviews, and prices across multiple Amazon marketplaces. Data is updated on a regular schedule. Push notifications are triggered by significant changes.

3. Account creation

A contract is formed when you start a paid subscription via our payment partner Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy handles billing, invoicing, and the collection of any required taxes.

4. Pricing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is automatically debited from your saved payment method.

5. Term and cancellation

Subscriptions run on a monthly basis. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, from inside the app or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Already-paid amounts are non-refundable.

6. EU consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting a subscription you expressly agree that the service begins immediately; your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully provided.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime SLA. Maintenance, technical incidents, or changes by upstream providers (e.g. Amazon) may result in temporary disruptions.

9. Liability

Data shown in the app is sourced from publicly available information and provided "as-is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of this data. We remain liable for intent and gross negligence under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any individual provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain in force.
